I'm a participant in one of a challenges in an app called Habitica. This app helps me become more productive because it gamified my tasks, habits and to-dos. It uses Pavlovian conditioning for it gives users rewards.
Human as we can be, when we receive rewards we're more likely going to finish the task.
Pavlovian... You mean Iwan Petrowich Parlow (or how he's spelled)? Do you like Biology? I only know him because my sister wrote her term paper about Conditioning. But yes, Habitica is nice. I'm pretty sure, the majority of users of this site came here because of Habitica.
