Commissioned New Artwork, New Title For Song

Today is Friday, November 19th 2021 and I mainly worked on music today. I did reply to some emails at work and did a little bit of work, but not as much as I could have. I mainly focused on music today. I remember what happened yesterday (Thursday) now, I received the instrumentals for my third song in progress, and it became my new favorite one, and that I decided to title "Android Girlfriend". The song is about a cyborg woman in love and in a relationship with a boy, but he doesn't know she's a machine, and the song is so good, the lyrics are so good.

I'll post the lyrics here because I spent hours finalizing them. I did hire a ghost writer to write these lyrics, and I did hire a ghost writer to make the instrumentals, and I have also hired a singer to sing, but I worked hard on this song too! I worked on the lyrics and listened to the instrumentals at the same time to decide when certain parts should be sung. I also made edits to the lyrics. And I sang and recorded my own versions of this too, singing along while the instrumental was playing and I sent that to the singer so they would know how to sing it.

So I actually sent this to the singer yesterday and told her to be creative with it. She became way too creative with it, adding a bunch of echos and octave changes and even not singing certain words. I already had an idea for how the song should be sung so when I got this from her, to me it all just sounded weird!! So I told her today that I didn't like the result, and I recorded my own version and sent it to her, saying this is actually how it should be sung. I didn't send her my own recording and just sent her the lyrics with timestamps and the instrumentals hoping our vision would match, but they didn't and she sang it way differently from what I had envisioned.

I also sang and recorded a version of the other song, "You're the best thing I've ever had" just in case she also didn't properly sing that in the version I had imagined. Because I already sang these songs out loud with the lyrics and instrumentals, I have a vision for how they should sound and flow.

Also I commissioned an artist at around 11 AM to create some artwork for me regarding the Android Girlfriend song, and this is what he came up with. He did it all in one day, and the artwork is so great! That's amazing. I paid around $240 for this artwork. Also hiring an instrumentalist and lyricist and vocalist are not cheap either, so I am paying a decent amount for each of these songs. And these songs are just mainly for fun. I am having the time of my life working on this music.

What I plan on doing is putting these songs up on some music websites, and hopefully they get listeners. Also I will try getting them on the radio and have TikTokers play them. I have to pay the radio and also pay the tiktokers to use these songs, but hopefully it will be worth it. I don't know how I will get money for this, I mainly just want the name "Megawattz" to be more known, that's my music artist name, and have people listening to its songs.

I don't have any music accounts yet but will start them soon. I have so many other things to do first though. It's so annoying how many tasks I have.

This was basically the only thing I did today. I also did "that" in the morning before anything else. And I also bought 2 Acai bowls and 2 dragon fruit bowls throughout the day today. I was hungry and thanks to the music progress, I felt like I "deserved" these luxuries to celebrate. That was all I ate today though.
