As a programmer, I use many programming languages and currently my favorite one to use is Python. Python is currently a very popular programming language: the third most popular programming language of February 2020 according to the TIOBE Index (https://www.tiobe.com/tiobe-index/), only behind Java and C. It is a high-level programming language that was first released in 1991. It has been by people for a variety of professional projects due to being dynamic, easy to read, and multi-paradigm (it is multiple types of programming languages rolled up into one programming language). Python has been used for the CGI program in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and the computer program Red Hat (Anaconda). Python has had its most recent stable release on February 24th, 2020 with version 3.8.2.
