Today went by very fast and I barely remember today.

Today is Thursday, February 17th 2022 and like I said today went by fast. I walked outside for 30 minutes in the morning and then I did some other workouts at home such as push ups and planking and pull up attempts.
I actually wanted to walk for a full hour in the morning, but I really hate walking in my neighborhood. In the morning especially, it smells of nothing but chemicals and car pollution. There's lots of cars that are turned on and idle and just fuming smoke and people empty their car cleaning fluids and oils and whatever just on the ground. It smells so bad. There's also those TV satellite antennas that should be pointed upwards but I guess overtime they drooped and are now pointed directly down at the street and I pass by them often, and I kind of get perturbed thinking it is causing some radiation or something. Also there's lots of cars just driving by and yeah, it's not a fun environment to walk in, so I decided to just go home after 30 minutes.
I made a mistake today and got four entrees at Mama Pacha's because I was hungry and this filled me up so much. I ate two entrees initially and then after like 3 hours when my stomach felt more open, honestly I still felt pretty full, I stuffed myself with the last two entrees. These are pretty much just salads but they taste so good and they're so filling, so healthy and nutritious, and there's a large variation of color, this is what "real food" should look like in my opinion. I got two of each of the food photos below. I didn't gain weight from this, because I would check my weight the next day, but it was just so much food. Eating these four entrees just made me pass out, because digestion takes so much energy to do and I probably fell asleep for like 3 hours.
When you eat, you shouldn't feel tired afterwards. Food should energize you, not tire you. A good food for this is fruit, eating pretty much any fruit just energizes you unless it's something high in fat like coconuts and avocados. Unhealthy, high fat, greasy foods always tire people out, and then people drink coffee just to maintain any normalcy of energy in their lives.
Also eating too much even of healthy foods can tire you out like it did me when I ate way too much. I don't drink any coffee or take any energy drinks or other stimulants when I feel tired like this though. I take a nap which is what I think we should all do when we feel tired and sleepy. Even when I worked at an office, I would take naps if I got tired in the afternoon, I would just go to my car and take a nap for like 10 to 20 minutes, and then I would come back being more productive than ever. It was better in my older office because there was actually a nap room, and I would go and just take a nap whenever I felt like it.
People also think that carbs make people tired when it's actually what energizes people, at least the unprocessed and unrefined versions found in natural whole foods like fruits, grains, and starches like potatoes. Potatoes are naturally like 0.1% fat or something like that, but when you make them into potato chips and french fries, they become like 80% calories from fat or something high like that because they get dipped into oil a bunch and get cooked in oil. There's way way more empty calories from the oil as fat over the original potato which is super nutritious just boiled in a pot of water and eaten plain. Then people say that french fries and chips are high carb foods when it's not the case at all.
I also worked a little bit, like 3-4 hours in the morning.
At night I had Spanish lessons again and it was fun. We talked about a lot of random life related topics. I mentioned how when I was 14 years old, I would watch these older people who were in their late 20s, maybe mid 30s, and they would influence me and my thinking a lot. I think I am approaching that age when I should be influencing and educating younger people. When I was younger I looked up to grown ups to tell me the things that I could do and not do, which things were good and which things were bad, I followed the rules that they created because they knew what was best, and I am now becoming a grown up myself.
I also received this new drawing from the artist I commissioned months back on Fiverr. It took the guy around 5 months to submit this. It probably took him just a few hours to draw the whole thing though, because I commissioned him a few times and sometimes he submitted a draft and then 2-3 hours later the final version, so I know he can do these pretty quickly. I tipped him $10 because I was very happy with the result.
I watched a bunch of my old videos before going to sleep. I was really good at video games and I was a really really fast typist. When I was 19 years old in 2013, I had 4 times higher the second place high score of all my friends and also a top 5 score in the worldwide leaderboards in this one popular typing game on Facebook, and I recorded a whole 30 minute video of me breaking my own high score record. I have to upload that video again. There were also a bunch of videos in one of my YouTube channels that I made private, because I thought they were cringe at the time, but I made them public again tonight.
There is still this one extremely cringe video though that I am not going to be making public. It's about this calculator game I programmed onto the TI-83, TI-84+, TI-nSpire series of calculators, and I made this game back when I was 17 or 18 years old. It is such a cringe game called Megg's RPG. I thought this was a video I could make public, but after watching just a few seconds of the video, my cringe meter went off the rails and there is no way I would be making that public ever again. I don't even want to describe what the game was about. It's so stupid.

I made a note of how many views each video has because I want to see if they increase at all after making them public again. These videos have barely any views because they've been private for years. Some of them I made private the same day they came out.
