Usually I sleep at around 12 am or so, but last night I slept early at around 9 or 10, then woke up the next day (today) at 6am. Got up, went to the restroom, and went back again to bed. Scrolled on my phone until 8am. Felt sleepy, so I went back to sleep again. Woke up at 10 am and scrolled on yt until my phone got drained. Had brunch, played games, and washed the dishes afterwards. I then redo my script for a homework, which is already past due, but we're allowed to submit it late haha. Been feeling a lack of energy and motivation these days. Doing a little bit of steps ahead to get myself on track again, hopefully. A lot of doubts have been swirling on my mind too, but I was able to dump all of it in a journal, and now my mind is finally clear.

I should lessen the usage of my phone tbh. I feel like my time is wasted, and I feel like I should be doing something worthwhile than mindlessly scrolling on my phone.
