One more step forward discipline

Realization

Today i realized how less we need to do to be organized. To have a routine. Man is not a real mean without a routine, a daily struggle. It's the least we can do. Complaining is for weak. To be man is to be strong. So we must stay strong.

Problem

Time is a limited resource. We have only enough energy to spend on things that lead us to improvements. Everything else is a distraction. Therefore we must seek to focus our energy to actions that move us toward things we really want.

Solution

Organize time and seek to improve every single day in every single detail of every little thing you do. Every single micro action matter. When you sum it all up the goal is to get 1% better everyday at majority of the things we do including time management.

Focusing on the system will bring much more then focusing on goal. If we focus on the system the results will come sooner or later. The always pushing harder mindset is the one that differs success and failure.

Conclusion

Chains of actions: choice which defines the flow of the following actions. (e.g. missed a day at a gym following by not going for a whole week).

This is why routine and consistency matter. If we expect routines to become habits we gotta stick to routines no matter what . Sometimes it be ruff sometimes it be easy that's all part of the game.

This also resonates on the positive side of the equation. One more page or 10 more minutes or 5 more pushups won't bring us immediate gains but the way that they affect all the other actions we do afterwards brings momentum and create a snowball effect forming a positive mental attitude - can do mentality.
