Honey mustard smoked sausage sandwich
Just made a rockin sandwich for lunch today: sourdough bread + honey mustard + mozzarella cheese + jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage. I air fried it for 3 minutes at 375 degrees (my standard for grilled cheese), but the sausage wasn’t warmed all the way through, so it could’ve used longer.
On Spont’s recommendation, I’m ordering smoked gouda for future sandwiches.

edit (1/6/24): Smoked gouda GET. This is basically the king sandwich: sourdough bread + honey mustard + thick-cut smoked gouda + jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage, air fried for 4 minutes.
“Do you want me to make you a sandwich?” I asked roommate as I was putting it together.
“No,” he said. “We don’t have any sandwich-making materials in the house.”
