A1 chicken & honey sriracha chicken
New year, new recipe! I pretty much made this one up: boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks, marinaded with A1 steak sauce (the main ingredient), tangy BBQ sauce & ketchup (lesser amounts), garlic powder, and pepper. I refrigerated it for a couple hours and then air fried it. It was pretty good. Probably would’ve been better with a sweeter BBQ sauce to better offset the A1.
Also, last week, I made honey sriracha chicken. The marinade: sriracha, ketchup (not that much), honey, melted butter. That was great. Instant classic.
