Bowl omelet

Mug omelets are a classic concept. Today I got to thinking, what about a bowl omelet? The goal is a perfect round egg patty that you can put on a sandwich. 

1. Coat bowl with nonstick spray.
2. Beat egg in bowl.
3. Add cheddar cheese; season with salt and pepper.
4. Microwave for 45 seconds.

Does this even count as a recipe?? Borderline at best. But it is an easy way to get an egg on your sandwich for lunch and it came out perfectly.
