Yoghurt parfait with fruit & granola
A recipe which includes dairy, nuts, some carbs and fruit. Optional add-ins can make it spike in sugar, though!
Ingredients:
- Vanilla/fruit flavor yoghurt
- Frozen fruit
- Granola
- Nuts (optional)
- Honey/maple syrup (optional)
- Cinnamon and/or nutmeg (option)
Steps
- Assemble chosen fruits, yoghurt, granola and potential add-ins.
- Defrost fruit if frozen!
- Layer frozen fruit, yoghurt, add-ins and granola in a way that looks appealing.
- Bon appetit!
