I have not been keeping up with adding my logs here, I am keeping up with my tracking app though! I did reach 8 months SH free September 5 or 6th and sometime in September I reached 10 months free from psychiatric prisons (hospitals).
And these are the milestones I reached this month, 9 months free SH and counting, and 11 months free psych prisons and also counting.
It makes me feel so good to know that those vile creatures who call themselves nurses, and those pseudo doctors who misuse their power, did not get the last laugh. They say the best revenge is a life well lived, and I fully believe that.
