I reach a new month free from SH every 6th of each month and a new month free from psych wards every 27th of each month.
I am going to be ONE YEAR SH FREE January 6th!! I am definitely going to do something to celebrate!
And just as exciting, I will be ONE YEAR free from psychiatric prisons October 27!
I am so proud of myself for how far I have come.
