Late again with logging, but October 27 I reached a HUGE MILESTONE!!!! ONE YEAR FREE FROM PSYCHIATRIC PRISONS (hospitals) I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF FOR HOW FAR I HAVE COME!!!
November 6 will be 10 months SH free as well so that is good progress!!! December 6 will be 11 months and then 12! I don't check the sober app as much now so that is why I have been late logging my new milestones. But I am going to be on here more often so I am going to try to keep up better with that.
