I haven't been keeping this updated very well, I honestly hardly remember to track the app anymore I really have had no trouble with it. But every 6th of the month is a new month self harm free and every 27th is a new month free from psychiatric prisons aka mental hospitals.
November 6 I reached 10 months SH free.
And I think November 27 will be 13months free psych prisons.
