Today was a great day I baked the apple cinnamon oatmeal muffins again as well as made Bonbon Siwo a Haitian gingerbread with a rum glaze. I listened to Christmas music while baking, and afterwards me and the hubby played Lord of the Rings Return to Moria. We had a blast.
Today was a good day had a split shift though I was reminded that I hate cutting any kind of onion. Feeling much better during my break between shifts I went shopping for some ingredients to bake tomorrow.
Rested for as long as I could and work went well; I was able to clock out early. Getting better a little bit day after day hopefully soon will be back at one hundred percent.
