I do love to cook!! So I’m adding two photos of the easiest pan fried two ingredient flat bread! I cook these and then use use them to make crunchy egg, cheese and veggie tacos for breakfast. Cooking them at night and then re-frying them with butter in the morning, filling them while still hot (they’ll still have some flex for folding in half) and once they start to cool down they harden up perfectly! Sooo freaking Good!
