Photo Comment Tagging and Notifications

Photo comments were disabled for a while to get tagging and notifications working for them. Both of those features, tagging and notifications, have now been added to photo comments and so the photo comments are re-enabled again. Users can once again post comments on each other's photos with the added perks of tagging and notifications.

If you want to tag someone in a comment, just write their name in a comment like this: @ayearagotoday , and the user will automatically get tagged and receive a notification. The photo uploader will also automatically receive a notification when someone posts a comment on their photo, regardless of being tagged or not. This feature also works for journal entry comments and is identical in functionality.

Other minor changes:

• - Added word count to journal entries
• - Added a "New Photo" button to the top of the dashboard page
