I meditated with the help of InnerHour for 8 minutes long. I didn't had a single thought. The only thing I felt was a deep sadness inside of me.

I meditated with the help of InnerHour for 8 minutes long. I didn't had a single thought. The only thing I felt was a deep sadness inside of me.
I felt a heaviness deep inside of me. With every time I exhaled I felt lighter. My thoughts were nearly gone. I only needed to remind me to focus on my breath.
This time I took more deep breaths and my thoughts became lesser and lesser. To be honest my only thought was to write down my success.
I've done two minutes of meditation this day and I was able to concentrate on my breath in the last minute.
I meditated for two minutes. The only thing I could think of was the pain in my legs, because I can't sit cross legged. Then I just thought about not to think.
