I only walked 1100 steps today
I'll put my daily exercises that I do here!
I walked another 10k steps today. Phone died so it was recorded on fitness tracker instead.
I walked around 7000 steps today, it started raining outside so I cut my walk short
I walked over 10,000 steps today from 11 AM to 1 PM out in the blistering sun while waiting for oil change to finish
I had about 7000 steps total, around 5000 of that was jogging, the rest were walking.

I walked around 3000 steps today. On other days where I have no entries, I stayed indoors the whole time and possibly took less than 200 steps the whole day (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen)
I was outside bicycling with a friend for over 3 hours today. We went at a slow pace the entire time. Did not climb any hard hills or anything, to me the entire ride was on flat ground. Literally zero hills in his entire area.

I walked around 8000 steps today. It felt both like forever, and also not that long. The initial 3000 steps probably felt like an eternity. After that, walking felt much easier. I walked those 8000 steps in one go starting at 8:10pm.
I walked 7300 steps today. It didn't feel like a lot of steps. This is while I was contemplating a hard decision. Will I regret it in the future?

I was out bicycling with a friend for two hours. Majority of the time we were moving slowly, but there were times I would sprint until exhaustion. I did these sprints several times that by the end I was so done. I didn't start my fitness tracker though.

I didn't go that far today, just in circles around the neighborhood. The reason that I didn't venture out was there was too many people outside on the sidewalks. I've gone out on walks years ago in this neighborhood and I don't think I encountered as many people walking about as during this pandemic...
