This is data according to my watch. I started exercising right after work and I went out and just bicycled. I did not go far at all and my goal was to reach 10 miles. I got really bored at one point and just kept checking my watch to see when it was over. I think for next time I have to travel 5 miles in one direction, then turn around to get 10 miles. Maybe that would be more fun to do.
