I went to the hard hill again and also visited the park. I adjusted my front brake calipers before heading out, and I made sure it wasn't grinding. Now my front wheel spins freely when I raise it and spin, it's something I never saw (except today and yesterday), every other day it would stop shortly after starting to spin it due to grinding on the brakes.
That hard hill is so much easier now. I climbed up that hill in my fastest time ever today, I basically just motored up in a very slow way. It was still a hard hill and I still moved up very slowly, maybe 5 mph or something, but I was able to get up there. I still want to see other people attempt it. Yesterday there were two people walking their bikes up that hill, most likely because they weren't able to climb it. I want to see people from the bottom start and attempt it, these two were already nearly at the top when I saw them.
