exercise log - 2020-12-14

No recent activity. Academic pressure keeps me in my room all day and night. I feel like shit and like my muscles are degrading like in a fucking rotting body. I feel like if you cut me open you would find slimy smooth ribbons rather than bulky functioning muscles. I need to find a way to move urgently. I'm in a sitting position all day, which is terrible for my spine, and I am getting more frequent and more intense headaches. It's a combination of stress, screen-time, and lack of movement.
