I am back here on journaling my daily life after long time hiatus from blogging. I hope that this new habit will encourage me to do better than yesterday, doing more things that need to be done. Today's awesome! I achieved 3000 steps a day, which is hard to earn in my stay-at-home lives. Soon, I'll find a way (and motivation) to achieve more and more steps as I did in my daily life before the pandemic period. I hope I can be more productive and manage time well. Fighting!
Congrats man and welcome to the site! I hope you also become more productive and manage your time well. 3000 steps is very good! That's around 20-30 minutes of non-stop walking depending on your pace. There's another member here @Achaius who walks 10,000+ steps a day (he's always in the Habitica challenge I host), he might have some tips.
