New Month didn't start off great

Today is Wednesday, July 1st 2020 and it has been another busy day. The first thing I did this morning was close off and restart the Habitica challenges that I run. That took around 30 minutes to an hour.

After that I ate breakfast and started working. I started working earlier than usual today, at around 8:30 AM. This is because there was something I wanted to get done yesterday which I didn't get to finish, so I worked on it early today so I could finish it by 9 AM. I got that done, and then started working on some other items today. Work was in particular very busy today, I worked throughout the entire day again like yesterday, not taking many, if any, breaks at all.

At around 5:30 PM work was over for me, I was very tired. I had homework due this night and I worked on a simple assignment I got done after 30 minutes. Afterwards I had one more homework assignment left, that would take me around 2 hours to complete. Since it wasn't a difficult assignment I instead browsed the Internet for a few hours until around 11 PM. I knew the assignment would only take me a coupel of hours to complete, so I procrastinated until the end, and I faced some consequences for it.

The most important one to me was sleep. I ended up falling asleep only at 1 AM, even though I was feeling sleepy far earlier. I worked through the homework assignment in a drowsy state and therefore didn't get as much done nor as high quality work. I completed everything again, like before, and answered every question and item correctly. I again don't know what grade I will get however, because I wasn't able to properly format my paper better. I missed some headings and other items I could have used to make the paper look more presentable, it just looks like a very long messy paper of 10 paragraphs. Yeah I wrote those 10 paragraphs in around 2 hours, and I was in a rush and a bind to do it, and I was also very sleepy.

Anyway because of this, the new month didn't start off that great. I didn't even walk outside today, or go outside at all. I didn't get to sleep early, and as a consequence of sleeping late actually, I woke up at 6:50 AM the next day very drowsy and tired still. I live in a really small space with my parents and they wake up at 5:30 AM, they make a lot of noise and they play music after waking up, they also talk to each other a lot, and all that noise goes into my room. It doesn't matter if I close the door, it still gets in. So I usually get woken up at around 5:30 AM when they wake up to around 7 AM.

So I need to sleep earlier if I want to get more sleep, because I really can't avoid it. I'll try sleeping at 11 or 10 PM or earlier for tomorrow.
