I'm feeling pretty euphoric again, very high on life. Look at my to do list and see how much I'm getting done, incredible. I could keep going right now, but I am way too tired. I want to take a break now.
What are the incredible things I did today? I fell asleep yesterday at around 8-9 PM and I woke up at around 1 AM. There's really not much I could do so late at night, so I studied. You heard that right, I studied I did more homework assignments. Isn't that incredible? I have been a procrastinator of homework assignments for the longest time, doing them within the last day, often within the last hour of their due date, and of course I would not do well on the assignment because of this. Now I'm working on the assignment on my own free will and early too, and I'm doing a good job because I have so much more time to work on it.
If the homework assignment was all I did in a day, I think that would be enough on its own. Compare this to last year where I wasn't even studying any courses at all, and I would waste my entire day. I honestly don't even remember what I was doing the past several years, why haven't I been doing this 5 years ago? Why didn't AYAT have this feature years ago? It should have. Showing your to dos and habits completed in a day, along with your journal entry, I think that's so incredibly good. Look at how cool this looks. It does need some refinement too though.
Yeah so I did homework extremely early and was so proud and happy. Awesome job. What else did I do after that? Regretfully, I watched adult entertainment. I felt like it was a reward to myself. It's weird, normally if I did this so "early" in the day, the rest of my day would have been a failure. Instead, despite fulfilling some extreme hedonistic needs in the morning, I was still productive and good throughout the entire day. How unique. Normally I would same those kinds of activities for night time, when I'm done with the day. I think I will do that moving forward.
After that, I cleaned my place for a bit. I swept the floors, I cleaned the kitchen. I cleaned my computer's desktop and downloads folder too. I actually still have to clean the bathroom and replace the old bidet with a new one. I guess I can do that tomorrow. At around 7 AM, I cleaned up my backyard. Isn't that incredible? How productive. I have been so productive. I also did all my brain training in the morning. I don't even know how I was able to do all of this.
Then I had work. Guess what? I was productive at work too. Incredible. I would do some exercises every now and then while working. I would just do some basic squats and leg raises. I didn't want to work on my arms today because they were sore yesterday from doing pull-ups and chin-ups, so I wanted to let them rest a little.
After work, I played Beat Saber for over an hour. I had nearly 2 hours of cardio today, along with some other basic exercises, and all these chores. I mean seriously, how much can a person get done in a day? And I can actually continue working if I wanted to. But I'm done. No more.
Oh yeah, how do I get so much done with so little sleep? I actually took a little bit of a nap in the morning too, it helped me recover so much. I think my overall sleep in a day adds up to around 6-7 hours total, even if I only sleep like 4-5 hours at night, I might get another hour or two napping later in the day.
I think it is incredible I got so much done. I feel like a brand new person, seriously.
Anyway, that was my day today. Tomorrow will be another day, and we'll make tomorrow just as productive as today.
