Sometimes you gotta focus on the trivial just to stay sane. casino night zone took over as lead on February 1, and I’ve been mass claiming NCLs to get his impression up. But they keep getting flirted with, so I’ve been naming them all “a potato pancake” (“You are now flirting with a potato pancake”).
Flirting is neat because you get a broad snapshot of lions across the game. Kinda wild how many people don’t give their lions real names, just alphabet soup. Some lions my lead has flirted with:
I like trying to interpret these. “4bo wither AMP” is self-explanatory, though she should’ve gotten a name update once she aged up. “s10, S12, old S8” is a project breeder; she has the correct marks in slots 10 and 12, and her slot 8 mark is from a prior version of the project before the user’s plans changed. However, “Shard 84%”—84% of what? And what’s with the 3/4 irises? (I’ve seen people rate their lions x/5, denoting how many of base, skin, eyes, mane color, and mane type are breed-only. Maybe x/4 omits one of those?)
Despite all the alphabet soup and plain NCLs, there are also a lot of neat lions out there. I flirted with someone named “SUPLEX” who has sunrise + hexaplex marks. I respect that. I also flirted with a “Chased Mngwa” (not a thing lmao but it did make me look, nice one). And occasionally you’ll run into a decked out leopon, dwarf, mngwa, or a non-mut with great decor/bg/pose.
