I chased a run away dog out of the road, on my way to attend a discussion on the feasibility of extending and upgrading the Silver Lake Trail, Then I took a nap under my desk because I just needed to quit the world for 30 minutes, did my morning journaling in the afternoon, and prepped some emails for a class I will be teaching in April for New Authors.
