Gray Eyes

Today was an eventful day. It is tax day. My tax advisor said he filed a tax extension for me yesterday and today. Yesterday was for local, and today was for the federal. I’m still very anxious about this.

Also I had no idea my entire “new things become old” entry was replaced. I must’ve had two tabs of the same page open. I wrote a lot in the entry, and then saved it and published it. However, when I opened this other tab and loaded the page again, autosave must’ve activated and overwritten all my work. Ouch.

I’ll write it again soon. I know what I wrote about, first moving here five years ago and how everything was brand new. Now I’ve been here for five years, and everything feels old school.

New contact lenses arrived today. They are in gray/silver color but people keep mistaking them for blue. It’s actually supposed to be ice, the color name is ice. This was A.D.’s suggestion to wear colored contact lenses. I think it looks nice.

I’m so tired.

Slept more. I only had 3 hours of sleep.
