In the past 2-3 hours I basically just chat with AD the entire time. For the past few days we have been trying to message each other on Telegram, but the secret chat malfunctioned. So we are using regular chat again. I sent him a bunch of my old pictures. I also uploaded some videos to my Meta social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), from two years ago. I was so fit back then. It's weird how I was unhappy with my appearance when I looked so good. AD keeps calling me a chad even though he is the chad.

In the past hour I ate while watching this documentary on how Wal-Mart and Costco were created, they both stemmed from this one man named Sol Price.

In the last hour I did all of my remaining exercises and all my brain training. I watched some random shows on Amazon Prime Video while doing these.
1) Write my affirmations
2) Catch up on my accounting
3) Do my daily exercises
I wrote down 3 priorities for the day. I didn’t do them all, but I did write them down for prioritize them. I know what to work on for next time. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I did all my daily exercises and brain training
I wouldn’t have talked with AD so much. I just spent too much time talking to him. I wouldn’t have gone out to buy a microphone.
