Excellent Day, New Plank Max, New Way To Sing

I had to drop out of my courses again last night, because I didn't start them, and my assignments were due today. I'm not sure if I have enough time to do them. I do all these exercises and activities in a day, as seen in my completed habits below, and I am not really sure if I can fit any time in to study. Maybe I am just terrible at time management?

Anyway, today, I was looking for ways to muffle the sound of my singing so that I don't distract my neighbors while I sing. One way is to buy those soundproof wall panels that are popular and trendy on YouTube videos, but that involves a whole setup process. The solution I used was to go to my car to sing, the negative with this is that I had to drive around and that used up gas and miles on my car. I found a new solution today, by reading the comment of a guy who left a review on a mask that you can wear to muffle your sound. The guy left 1 star review on the product, and said that putting a pillow in front of your face was more effective than this.

So I tried it, I put a pillow to my face and I screamed as loud as I could, and the sound was heavily muffled. This was something I already knew about of course, everyone knows about this, but I thought this was a great solution. I can now sing as loud as I can, and the sound is muffled as much as possible. That is so amazing. This is how I will get my practice in.

Another thing I tried today was to do a plank max. I set a new personal best of 4 minutes 10 seconds. I will try to beat it tomorrow. I only did 15 pull-ups and 15 chin-ups today. I was going for 30. The thing is, the sun came up, and the sun shines directly on my pull-up bar. I checked the UV rating on my watch and at 10 AM it was a 7. If I kept going back and forth to this room to do these exercises, the sun would have slowly damaged me. One day would not have made a difference, but if I do this every day, then that would have affected me. So I only did 15 pull-ups and chin-ups.

I spent a lot of time on Discord today. I chat with a bunch of people. It was fun. I enjoyed it. I had a deep voice the entire day. The new lowest score I have now is 88hz speaking depth. I am trying to get below 85hz, then after that below 75hz. I'm not even sure if that is possible, but that is what I am aiming for.

When I listen to AD's voice recordings and my own voice recordings now, my voice is a lot deeper. When you have a deeper voice than someone, you make them sound like they have a light voice, no matter how deep their voice originally is. AD's voice is quite deep, he gets constant compliments from women about his deep voice, as do I. But now my voice is deeper than his, and it's very noticeable. We both exchange voice messages with each other, and when it switches to me and then him, it sounds like he has a light voice, even though he doesn't, demonstrating how much deeper my voice is.

I love having my current voice. I feel like it gives me power. I would be ready to have Shorts and YouTube videos now, confidently, with this voice, but the problem now is my face and body. I hope that I can look good once I lose weight.

And yeah, that was my day today. I also did a decent amount of work too. I am quite tired. I hope I get over 7 hours of sleep tonight.
