My weekend wasn't the best. I didn't exercise this weekend, nor did I write a journal entry. I fell back into my old and undesireable habits, and also skipped out on brain training. It wasn't a good or productive weekend, but I did enjoy it.
Today was a really good day. I worked a decent amount and got a decent amount done. I am so satisfied with my working progress today.
For my fitness, I exercised and did all of my exercises today. Of course I could have done better, but I just did the minimum for my daily checklist, which is all I need to do.
One new thing today is I set a new plank best. I held a plank for 5 minutes and 54 seconds. I'm not sure if my form is perfect or not, I try to make it perfect, but I doubt it was. Still, I think even a badly performed 5 minute plank is difficult enough. I'm not sure how I was able to do this, but it wasn't too difficult either.
I feel really good. I started reading James Altucher's books. On Amazon he is basically giving a few of his books away for free, they are just $0.99 each, what a ridiculous price. His Choose Yourself audiobook is so different from his book version, he basically doesn't even read his book and just makes commentary in the audiobook. I listened to about an hour of his audiobook before starting to read his book, and it was so different, like completely different books. I think his book version is much more detailed with so much more info than the audiobook, but the audiobook has more feeling.
I like his idea of coming up with 10 ideas a day. It's to exercise the "idea muscle". One thing I gleamed from his exercise is that I archived one of my old brain training habits, which is the Impulse brain training app. I have already basically completely mastered it and reached the 99th percentile in it, in nearly all of the categories.
Today in the FastMath game, I scored a new personal high score in every category in medium difficulty, while only playing 1 game per category (except multiplication which I played twice). I am only in the top 10% of all categories in FastMath. I am not even in the top 5% or top 3%. Out of 1400 players in the leaderboards for example, I may score with like rank 80 or something, which is within the top 10%, but I hate being this lowly ranked, since I was rank 1 in all categories in Quick Math Daily.
Anyway, I started reading this manga called Parallel Paradise again. It is the most adult and erotic manga in the universe, targeted at male readers. I should stop reading it though, and read James Altucher's works instead, I bought several of his books for $1 each. A reviewer says he is intentionally setting that price, he basically just wants to give the books away.
