New Squat Records

Today I found out that the Deep Squat world record is only 2 hours. What the heck? Really? A deep squat is so easy to do. I did it today for 14-15 minutes or so, without any training. So I think 2 hours is very doable to reach in the future.

I just haven't had that much sleep. I had less than 5 hours of sleep last night. Other than that, I think things are going quite swimmingly.

Today I also blocked off two websites: wcostream and mangataro. These websites drain so much of my time because they have all these amazing entertaining content. It's not for me. Reading and watching that content does not align with my goals. I can't believe I didn't stop earlier. I wasted years of my life on that garbage. Never again.
