Ups and Downs, Alien Abductions and Sleep Paralysis

4:21 AM

I have basically been awake all night, and I'll explain how and why. I chat with AD again and he brought up the topic of aliens again. He shared some more content with me of alien stories from thousands of years ago. They are just consistent throughout history, so I think it is definite fact that they exist. The historical accounts of what they look like just seem too consistent to be false. How can different cultures across the planet tell such similar tales of their alien encounters? How can their appearances be described so similarly?

Despite the day not being done yet, I have published this entry already, I will just write updates here throughout the day.

So anyway, this part is what scared me enough that I had trouble sleeping. He linked this random YouTube short and it was called something like "Sleep Paralysis or Alien Abduction", and as soon as he linked it and I saw the thumbnail and title, something clicked in my mind. I have experienced sleep paralysis, around 2015-2017, I only remember because I was talking to a friend at the time during those years, I told him about this sleep paralysis experience, so that's how I know it was around 2015-2017.

I probably fell asleep on the floor again, passed out with the lights on. But I "imagined" or "dreamt" aliens coming into my room, it was very vivid, but I saw them, while having sleep paralysis. I remember that my eyes were open, and that I wanted to move and scream, and with all my might I could not. It was a pretty horrifying nightmare to be honest. I think the lights were on in my room because I recall the situation so vividly, and... Dang it, I am honestly experiencing fear as I type this. This is why I have been awake all night. It's nearly 5 AM and I'm still awake. I just turned on the lights in my room.

So I lived with my parents at the time, and I wanted to scream. I could not. I couldn't move. There was this weird "transition" phase, where the aliens basically disappeared, I saw that as me "waking up" from my dream and coming back to reality, and being in my room again. Once I was able to move and scream again, I didn't, I just categorized that as a nightmare and sleep paralysis, and then I told my friend about it. He asked me about what the aliens looked like, and I told him like the Grays.

At the time, 10 years ago, I was a huge skeptic. I didn't think of aliens or imagine aliens or research aliens at all, I couldn't care less about them. It was not until this year that I took any interest in aliens when AD kept bringing them up, and when the U.S. government began releasing their UFO files. Even just up until last year, aliens were just some paranormal fake story like ghosts. It's really when you look into the history of them, the sightings across thousands of years from different cultures and similar descriptions, that you start to question if they actually do exist.

So when AD linked this YouTube short about aliens or sleep paralysis, I made the connection to the above. This is a really common experience, people post about having experienced this sleep paralysis and seeing visitors coming into their room, especially aliens, the Grays. It's so common, and has been documented throughout history as well. The Chinese and Inuit have experienced it. When the aliens are described, sometimes they are described as "shadow people", I think that's because the room is dark and they couldn't see them, my room was lit, and I remember it vividly.

The Chinese have a term for it, something like "Ghost Pressing on the Chest", for sleep paralysis, and this is recorded from thousands of years ago, and it's described as "ancestors" or "phantom spirits" visiting them in their room. They didn't have electricity at the time, so everything was pitch black, they probably saw the aliens as shadow figures. How could they have such similar descriptions of what people experience today?

AD also shared with me his own alien abduction and sleep paralysis experience. He says he was 12 and didn't even know about aliens or sleep paralysis at the time. He says he probably only saw ET as his only pop culture reference to aliens. Yet he had this sleep paralysis experience and described aliens visiting him, the Grays too, which look nothing like ET.

What's weird about this, is he didn't care about aliens either. I also didn't. It's not like I was researching aliens 10 years ago and reading these sleep paralysis testimonials. He said he didn't even know what sleep paralysis was back when he experienced this. I was a "logical" and "skeptical" guy who didn't even believe aliens existed. Yet we both had this same experience. But it's not only us, so many other people report the same exact experience. The SAME exact experience.

What's weird as well, is that I have woken up from nightmares before and had full control of my body right away. I had a dream where I was falling off a cliff, I woke up and screamed for that one, immediately sitting up on my bed. I was able to move just fine immediately after that nightmare, no sleep paralysis. But literally this one occasion of sleep paralysis, and I see aliens in my room with my eyes open, and I wanted very badly to scream, but I couldn't move or do anything. To me that experience felt like it lasted 10 minutes. I don't know what the aliens did, I only have memories of them entering my room and them looking down on me.

This memory was 10 years ago, so my recollection is not so great. My friend whom I told about it, also dismissed it with a "logical answer" that I must've imagined these gray aliens due to pop culture references of them, and I imagined the whole thing. But again, the strange thing is, other people have literally had the same experience. It's a recurring trope.

Other people can describe it and our descriptions of the event are nearly identical in every way. How can we all have these same events occurring to us? I read some longer examples of this happening to other people, there's a long book written on the topic called, I forgot what it was called, but it's like 350 pages of this one guy's sleep paralysis experience with aliens, written in the 1980s, the first 50 pages describe what he experienced in detail, and the next 300 were about his coping and healing after these traumatic events.

They probably do wipe our memory so that we don't remember most of it though, because I don't remember what they did to me. Why me, and not my parents? AD also had it happen to him, but not his parents. We lived in the same household as our parents, and he even had other siblings. Why were we the only ones targeted?

A lot of other people also do not experience it. From that 350 page book again, which I forgot the title of, I don't think any of the reviews say "I experienced this too", they were all just fascination reviews. On some YouTube comments though, about this sleep paralysis abduction content, people do post that they experienced it. Both AD and I have experienced it, but he has probably never posted it once anywhere, and neither have I, except here. So we can't know who experienced it or not.

I am leaning towards a 95% likelihood that I truly did see aliens when I experienced sleep paralysis, and that they really did come up to my room. My main argument is again, that other people have experienced it throughout history. This entire time I have already encountered both aliens and UFOs, and never wrote about or reflected on it until this year. I wrote about my UFO encounter in an earlier entry. But who knew, I have already encountered aliens in real life.

And that's also why I haven't slept this entire time. I'm too frightened. I know I should just surrender. The aliens are our masters and overlords, and they are mainly just observers. They can freely enter our homes and do whatever they want to us at any time, but they usually wipe our memories and everyone who tells their story about them is branded as a lunatic. I literally have zero to gain by publishing this story. I am also one the most rational and sane people I know (the easiest rational and sanity test is if a person has body parts in their plate and fridge). I am very skeptical of everything, I never believe anything at face value.

Why did the aliens visit AD and I? And actually, I did dream of the Grays again a few days ago. I just have a really quick one-second memory of it. Maybe they do wipe our memory or something. I can only recall two "dreams" in my entire life that had any aliens, and I keep a dream log. I described both dreams in this entry, the first was the sleep paralysis one. This second one, it's such a brief dream, just a single "screenshot" of the event, I felt like I was being put into a barrel placed on its side and the top part cut off, like a pod or something, and I saw this single alien looking down on me. I don't think the aliens ever use... Ever use what? I was going to write something but I forgot.

I switched tabs to something else, and then lost my train of thought. What was I going to write? Ah, I remember now, physical force. I don't think the aliens ever use any physical force or contact.

Anyway, I do think the aliens have full control of everything and they can do anything they want to. But I think they are generally friendly and just observers. They let me and other people live to tell the tale. I'm sure they even understand I am publishing all this information onto the Internet right now, and they don't even care.

But yeah, why me? Why AD? What is so special about us that we experienced this?
