So I have been working out pretty consistently for the past 2-3 weeks. I've been exercising a little bit pretty much every day. There are some days I skipped, like a handful of days where I felt too lazy to exercise, but for the most part I have been consistent.
I'm going to try something new. I'm going to try and remain consistent forever, and just never stop. No more excuses.
You can say that's what I have always been trying this whole time, but no, I gave myself plenty of leeway, if I didn't feel like doing any exercises, I didn't have to. This time I will force myself to do them no matter what.
The reason for this is to have more energy. It's something I used to say myself, that if you want more energy, just work out. Time to put this saying into practice and determine if it's even true. I did cardio tonight, something I rarely do. I will also plan to do some cardio daily.
Oh yeah, today is also the 4th of July, and the 250th anniversary of the United States. To me, it was just like any other day. I didn't even notice it was anything different.
It was blazing hot in my home today. I don't have air conditioning, and the home I live in is made of cement. So the heat tends to stay trapped. I open the windows for airflow and I have a bunch of fans, but it's not enough. I still sweat a lot, and it is still very hot.
I need to either ask some company to install AC, or I move into a new place that has AC already built in.
I am pretty tired.
