Projects and Goals Migrated to To-Dos and Habits

As announced last week, all Projects and Goals have been migrated over to To-Dos and Habits. All the Projects and Goals should still have most of their information preserved and should be fully functional. In addition, you can now add an optional Progress % for To-Dos. Status and Priority for To-Dos are also now blank by default instead of Pending status and Medium priority.
