Finally got some decent sleep last night. I feel like I did very little today, but I actually got a lot done. Woke up later than usual for once. I was able to set up my new tv which is comically large to try to use as a monitor, so I decided not to. I really need to get a desk chair, but my remaining money this month was spent on a book shelf which hopefully will arrive soon. I have to go through and see if there are any books that I want to sell or donate because that's a lot of the bulk of stuff that I have. I know that I can donate softcover books to the hospital that I was in, so I'll probably do that if I can.
Moving and breaking down a couple of boxes and putting things away, my room is almost presentable. I have space enough to lie down on the floor if I wanted, which is good because I started exercising again today. I didn't do as many reps as I had wanted, but I can tell I've definitely weakened quite a bit from stopping for a while. So that's somewhat of a setback, but if I keep with it, it shouldn't be difficult to get back to where I was.
This evening I went out for a walk and noticed it's starting to actually feel like fall. I could have worn a sweatshirt, but the slight breeze was nice after being upstairs all day. I almost didn't go for my walk, but I convinced myself to do it for Pokemon Go, just for a little while, and then I came back home. I've been hungry ever since. Actually I've been hungry pretty much all day, but I don't really have the energy to make a meal. After walking around and working out and setting up the big TV I'm actually feeling pretty sleepy. That never happens. I hope that means I'll be able to fall asleep right away. But unfortunately that means I've just been eating whatever I can grab- I have gone through so much granola, trail mix, and chips lmao maybe between all of that and working out I'll gain some muscle and weight back. I did better today with drinking enough as well, although I did have some coffee since I became so fatigued. It didn't really help much. It just made me tired and fast.
My plans for tomorrow are to get up for Sunday school and church (I'm more spiritual that religious, but I go anyway, over zoom), then work on organizing my room a little more if I can, look for people selling or giving away desk chairs locally, getting some laundry done, and maybe setting up my little outdoor greenhouse if the weather is nice and putting away my garden things which are currently cluttering the back porch. It has been rainy or overcast a lot lately, so I'm not entirely sure how it will be for that. I'm a little excited. The space back there is decent and totally unused, so I can probably grow whatever I would like. I could maybe start up some cool weather friendly crops.
