Worked on clearing up the basement to make room for dojo mats, and the treadmill.
For the past two weeks I have been doing upper body exercises with the encouragement of my sister. It is tough, but I am up to an hour Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. 💪
Went for a walk with my nieces and two siblings, the stroller and toddler bike didn't want to go through the slush, so we just pulled the one and two year old backwards like a dolly of boxes.
