I go by Charley and I am married. We’re currently in the process of saving and decluttering to move out into our very first home.

I have Fibromyalgia, I’ve been diagnosed since 2019 but I’ve had symptoms for about 14 years before that. As well as that, I have depression and anxiety. I’m pretty sure I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome too.

This blog will be used to help spread the awareness of these conditions as well as all other hidden disabilities. Along with this, I will be using this as a space to share tips, my ‘adventures’ and other bits in between.

There’s a lot that I’d love to achieve in life and so I’m hoping you’d join me on my journey.
